By accessing or using Kraffic (“Service”), operated by T9L, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Kraffic provides AI visibility and search experience analytics, SEO and GEO audit tools, and related reporting. The Service is offered to agencies and their clients for monitoring and improving their presence in AI-powered search and generative results.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use; you must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or to transmit malware or spam. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Kraffic and T9L own all rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding. You receive a limited license to use the Service as provided. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

6. Payment and Subscription

Where applicable, fees are as stated at signup or on our pricing page. Payment may be processed by us or our payment partners (e.g. Media International Pvt. Ltd.). Refund and cancellation terms are as specified at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Analytics and scores are for informational purposes and do not guarantee search rankings or business outcomes. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T9L and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.
